I don't think a different slopestyle would be a good idea. Anyways, girls never seem to have problems with the rails, the only concern in the article is about jumps. But as far as I can remember, I've rarely seen girls hit the small side of jumps when 2 take offs were available. I watched the whole Euro X where the second jump had 2 takeoffs and I'm pretty sure none of the girls used it.(I'm just checked and none of them in the top 3 used it). You can see Kaya choose the big jump at 0.45(sick run).

And for the injury concern, it's really hard to tell why a higher percentage of girls get hurt. One of the explanation I could see is that these days, most of the guys who compete at X Games/Dew Tour level spend a shitload of time doing other training than skiing(gym, cycling, tramps, etc.). Maybe, there's is a smaller percentage of girls who do as much training outside the slopes so they are more at risk of getting injured.(Many top girls train as hard as guys tho, not trying to bash).
