wow I definatly lost concentration on my pipe run this weekend the jumps where too good, they kept me away from the pipe. The pipe was alright, I expected better though if they're gonna hold a snowboard world cup soon. I guess they've still got a while to cut it perfect

They changed the first table a bit. step up is smaller now but the jump is super wide. they added a flatbar on the rail side. that was all that was changed today.

the flatbar was good untill a rut formed onto it

if you can, go at like noon and the jumps are amazing. Big wide lips and freshly groomed everything its sweet.

the flatbar at c.o.p had a super sketchy jump on the first time i hit it, it sent you about 3 feet above the rail and half way across so you wouldnt have any time to set a spin off or anything, hope it'll be better this weekend. anyone got any news on the rope tow?

and also im pissed at cop right now, i wanted to go dial some jump for the comp this weekend but the park is closed!! damn, no im just gonna have to go balls to the wall at louise this weekend!

cop and sunshine are the only 2 I know of. The rope tow os going in on the east side directly under the chair. No clue when that will be done.

yes except the upper half...which is gay....i like how the jumps and the pipe have been closed for almost a month now...not to sure tho why they had to close it all just for a halfpipe comp...i think its a bit selfish....

I think its because they didnt want poeple going over the drop in to get to the jumps. I dont know about the rail side?

yee but still...the rope tow is stupid...why dont they just take the chair...it works just as good...then there could be some more stuff to hit than just the small upper park...

i dot get what the rope tows supposed to accmplish. you cant lap the pipe on it, although if they put it 40 feetuphill you could. and i havent seen any of the snowboarders using it so i have no clue whats happening. i thought it was just for the snowboard comp. the chair is probably just as fast...

you could walk a few feet up to the pipe but that would take longer than just using the chair. maybe its for little kids who only hit the little jumps

on thursday, there was that red sign at the loading area for it saying world cup training and compation, or somthing like that so im pretty sure its for the comp....just kinda stupid how they set it up...
