Did simon break the quarter pipe record?

at king of quarters he got close but popped out his shoulder. they are building another one at squaw valley i think so he can break it early to mid april
 
Its going down at Sunday River someday during April.

Sunday River is his home mountain so figure he'd like to break the record at his home mountain.
 
No he has not, Yet. when he screwed up his shoulder he was at 30ft, i think the record which is held by Terje, is 36 (i think)
 
finally somthing cool is gonna happen on the east coast, and its gonna be at sunday river, which makes it that much better haha
 
anyone know an exact date that its going down?

also, even tho its closed to the public, i think you should be able to see something going 40 feet into the air
 
except i heard empire is coming out with a new clothing line that if worn by pros (which will ONLY be worn by pros) makes them invisible to anyone that isn't pro... or what we call muggles.
 
Yea he is doing it in april(early)

I was at the river this past weekend and I decided to go to Airglow where he is going to break it. I start skiing down and there are massive mounds of snow about 30-50 feet tall. They are huge. They would be fun for rollers right now but they are all lumpy. It will be cool to see the finished quarter pipe though
 
no. at the end of the season. i'm gonna have a picnic and watch when they do blow it up though. it's gonna be MASSIVE.
