Did Jon Olsson end Dumont's carrer ?

Any one still remember when Jon invited Wallish and Dumont to JOSS.

They pre-released their video becaus they were mad that they didint win.

As a result of that Jon lost tons of doe from sponsors of the event.

My question is simple: did Jon pulled the plugs to end Dumonts carrer ?

Even in the latest video, Dumont still rocks the 80s red and white salomon Jacket. HOW POOR IS THAT ?

So JON = illuminati = did they finish Dumont financially so that he had to quit skiing???
 
No. Dumont quit because he got addicted to drugs and had numerous significant injuries / Thread

He makes this very clear every 10 minutes in his podcast.
 
This is false. The real story is Dumont hooked up with Jon Olsson's girlfriend. What really set him off was Dumont got a pair of his pro models with his girl on the topsheet and wrote "Dumont was here" in gold sharpie all over it then mailed it to Jon's house. It was a pretty fucked up situation all around.

No he wasn’t. There were many who were all about Dumont. I remember him winning the X Games big air with the mobile vote.

I remember getting pissed off at the end because so many people were such Dumont fanboys. He was always a “love him or hate him” type.

Tanner was more hated. Remember when he won X Games pipe against Dumont (I think it was the third year they went head to head - blue and white Oakley jacket with yellow pants) and during his Victory lap people threw snowballs at him and booed him?

That being said, I like Dumont’s new podcast

Edit: I got my wires crossed. He wore yellow pants the next year. Can’t find video of it because they only show winning runs, but I remember it happening live.

What? NS was livid he won with that dub front, and just showed the mobile vote was a joke. Simon was always entitled and we all saw it. Not many Simon fanboys till he came back with that Wallish edit.
 
It was the people really in the scene who didn’t like Simon. Everyone else was loving on him back then. He was huge for Red Bull with the pipe gaps, Salomon with the dumonts, the target logo gloves, etc.

But I mean, honestly, I didn’t really like Simon back then so I don’t know what I’m arguing here.
