Did i rip this guy off??

I just sold my old beat vx9800 for $75 on ebay. I was hoping to get like $20 for it. They sell for around $150ish in perfect condition. Here's what i said about the phone.

Neither END button will function correctly, 100% of the time. The one on the inside part will not work, but the one on the outside, as well as the numbers 3,6,9 on the keypad will function 50% of the time, or with a little more force.

There are also a few scratches, one mostly on the battery as pictured.

The lens also has a thin crack, but it does not affect picture quality of the camera.

The bottom row on the inside of the phone will only light up about 40% of the way, unless a button is pressed.

He wanted me to overnight it because he said it was going to be a Christmas present. That makes me feel shitty, but i guess he can't read.

rest easy, you def didnt rip the guy off. a lot of people who buy and sell things on ebay are incredibly dumb. I see new items going for ABOVE retail, and they actually sell which proves either the seller is ignorant or knows what they are doing, and the buyer is incredibly ignorant

Hahah I had that phone, it's sitting in dresser drawer... my front screen is cracked, the numbers in front never work, the inside is all distorted and changes colors or doesn't show up, so unreliable.

no, and dont feel bad about not overnighting it either, i got fucked on ebay selling my ps2 2 years ago right before christmas, the bitch told me it was a present for her son, so transaction goes smoothly, i get the money and send the ps2, and the ps2 was in perfect working condition before i sent it,so the day after christmas she starts sending nasty emails like the ps2 doesnt work it doesnt read disks, and i was skiing in vermont at the time, so my dad responded to the emails and eventually just sent her the money back and she sent the ps2 back (had i been responding to the emails i never would have sent her the money back), my dad just assumed i sold a broken ps2 because i've done some dumb shit in the past. but anyway i get the ps2 back, and try playing a game on it, doesn't read the disc, never had any problem like that before, so i'm looking at it and i see the warranty sticker on the back had been cut with a razor, and they had opened my ps2 up. they swapped out my laser with a shitty old one that didnt work. and i really couldn't do anything to prove it so i was out 150 bucks with a broken ps2. and thats why i fucking hate dealing with ebay.

how long have you had that phone, cause it sounds and looks like it fell off a tall building.

you gave a good description of all the problems and you can see all the scratches in the pics, so no hes dumb you didn't rip him off one bit.

what ever man he obviously thought it was a good deal. if he didnt read the thing then thats his stupid ass fault, like those people that bought xbox 360 boxes for 400 dollars.
