Did I do something wrong??

ok, so a few days ago i found this funny clown picture that I had on my phone, today at school, my friend saw it and said that I should send it to a friend of mine, a girl I know because she's scared of clowns. we were bored and it seemed funny at the moment so I sent it. as soon as she got it she screamed, it was so hilarious, so of course we sent it again. then she starts crying and I feel like a dick. I sent a message saying sorry and she found out it was me because of some one told her it was my number.
she went to the schools security guard/principal and told her what I did, so this is what happened:
1. I get my phone taken away
2. I talk to a police officer about harassment
3. harassment charges put on my school record
4. face punishment: expulsion, 10 day suspension, or verbal warning
they said as long as I say i'm sorry I don't get the 10 day suspension or expulsion. i know i did some thing wrong but this is over the top. i'm not saying sorry.
 
thats a pretty harsh punishment. If you knew her well it was ok, but if you didn't you were just being a dick
 
bro it might be over the top but you're gonna face suspension or even expulsion just to prove a point over a stupid clown story? just apologize and get on with your life man, i dont think you'll regret it.
 
I know kids that have done way worse shit than that and not gotten in trouble. Point of the matter is that you got fucked over for no reason.
 
have you told your parents? have you talked to the girls parents? it sounds like the school principle is just trying to fuck you, thats total bullshit.

once in highschool i recorded my teacher speaking just to piss her off because she said she didnt like the sound of her voice. it pissed her off, so naturally i did it a again. then she got mad and said that its illegal to record people without their consent, true, but she was just taking advantage of the fact that i was a pussy little shit like every other highschooler and tried to use scare tactics on me. they worked. (i never got in serious trouble, but i was worried about it)

the point is that your school has no right to press harassment charges for sending pictures of a clown to a classmate, how sensitive is this prissy bitch that cried over a clown on a 1 inch screen, it pisses me off sooo much when shit like this goes down

the only legit reason for a fear of clows is if a clown killed your family and raped your dog in front of you
 
i agree that taking your phone away, the harassment charges and all that shit is a boost though. thats fuckin stupid. but trust me from experience, they'll be more willing to accept the fact that they overreacted if you dont act like a dick, even though they are wrong.
 
OK man how old is she and how old are you? This seems like a crazy over reaction from the girl and the school no matter how old you or her are. You should post the pic of the clown in this thread.
 
think to yourself, "is this honestly worth getting suspended or expelled for?"

just say sorry even if you dont mean it. its not worth proving a point for a picture of a clown
 
hire a clown to rape her and take her dog hostage

can't really think of anything more traumatic from her standpoint
 
say you'll make it up to here with a dinner and moviethen a trip to teh boardwalk where you knock her out and take advantage of herget rid of the body..

sucks donkey dick dude, but you might aswell just apologize and then proceed to continuously harass her in other ways.
