Im going to be over at killington for mens slopestyle tomorrow and i'm not familiar with killington at all i was wondering where i should park if i want to be a reasonable distance from the event. also im not sure if im going to ski because i dont feel like dropping $70 for a ticked when i would only get a few runs in with the crowds and all. are there any parks that are hikeable from the base?

okay i know im a retard. thank god i made this thread. but for next weekend where should i park and are there any hikeable parks?

where you coming up from man i'll be there next weekend? and you have to park at one of the other lodges and shuttle over unless you pay 99$ for a parking pass which is lame

Just buy a lift ticket.

Even though its crowded (I went to the last 2 at Mt Snow) its still fun to ride the mountain. You will be suprised at how many people end up just hanging out at the base than actaully riding the mountain.

the only park you would be able to get to without buying a ticket would be timberline at ramshead and its the progression park (pretty small features). buy a ticket the lifts that yo will need to stay away from are skypeak express, the k1 gondola the ramshead quad and you can easily manage to get around the mountain without using those lifts once if u know where to go. And for parking do not park on the mountain u will walk forever, if your going to park anywhere park before the access road at the old sunrise lift (doesnt run anymore) thats right next to the back behind restaurant and the first stop ski shop and take a shuttle bus to bear mountain

Bear Mountain parking is off-limits for the event, so do not expect to be able to drive over there at all.

Your options are parking over at the main Killington areas (K1, Vale, Ramshead and Snowshed) and either skiing to Bear, or catching a shuttle to Bear. Or parking at Skyeship base on Route 4 and skiing or shuttling to Bear. Skyeship and Bear are usually prime places to park, but with Bear being closed and so much focus on Bear, you may see Skyeship being swamped.

Dream Maker is closed until the build out after the Dew Tour, so keep that in mind. Your parks are a Progression Park on Timberline at Ramshead (small-medium features and a 12' pipe. The temporarily park on Mouse Run, and The Stash, higher up at Bear.

gunna be there with DKfreestyle. should be a fun weekend. the parks r gunna be sick i hope. i want my moneys worth

ehh dont get ur hopes up mike the good park should have been open but has delayed because of the dew tour and the other park is pretty small but is fun because it has some sick features but it will def be a sick time
