Determining your natural spinning direction?

Is there a way to determine your natural spin direction? I.E. - Strong foot in back on a board determines your stance, anything like that. Because lately i'm thinking i might be spinning the wrong way (left) because i really see much clearer over my right shoulder, and can turn my head farther that way and I am right footed? Anything i should know, or do you just huck both ways and figure the shit out...?

stand still with your feet shoulder width apart, in your socks or shoes, no matter...spin a 540 either way....whatever way was smoother and easier, thats your way i guess..

I've been haveing the same problem. It's wierd, I spin 360's the oppotsite way that I spin 180's. So I'm all fucked up.

if it's at all unclear you may have an advantage, try and get comfortable spinning both ways from the beginning and you'll have a leg up on all of us who are quite set in spinning one way and pretty uncomfortable spinning unnatural.

Whichever way is more comfortable to you. It doesnt matter which way it is, its just whichever way you find the easiest and most comfortable to spin

I spin 180s the opposite way I spin 360s too, it makes sense if you think about it.. I started doing it because I spin right, so I look over my right shoulder when Im taking off switch (so I can spin that way). I learned how to do a switch 180 before a regular 180 (wierd, I know)So, when I first started doing 180s, I would spin left so I could look over my right shoulder as I landed, because I was more comfortable like that. As for the riding goofy/regular thing, I dont think that has much to do with it, because almost everyone seems to spin left, and not everyone is regular. I spin right, and I ride goofy.. I think its all just personal preference

 
haha, I know jib empyre. the wierdest part is last season I used to spin them the same way but now this season is opposite, I mean I can still throw a 180 the same way as my 360's but its way more comfortable to throw my 180's the other way. so now I think I am going to work on pulling a dash and get my 360 the other way and learn to spin both ways real smooth.
