I hear people talking about fortress took over Intrawest at Whistler BC and that the price of tickets have gone up and they plan NOT to build parks/pipes etc.

Please tell me this isn't true.

i plan to go next winter.

Any info on whats goin on would be great.

this buy out is old news. i wouldnt worry too much about the park, management at the resorts stays the same more or less.
