Rome snowboards is putting on a rail jam at my local hill and they are not allowing skiers, which in my opinion is complete crap. Living in southeastern Michigan these kind of early season things dont come around very often so it is shitty that skiers arent included. i need skiing now and im being deproved of it by the gay ass discriminating snowboard industry!!!

 
At Sugar Mtn. in NC skiers aren't allowed in the park, you can still poach and ignore the mexicans working there but it is still bullshit

it is but i dont want prizes i just want to session a rail in the early season. that's all i am asking is to slide a rail, nothing else. im still going to go up there and try to session it.

 
that isnt discrimination. if its a snowboard only comp, then theres nothing you can do about it, and theres nothing wrong with the situation.

thats like saying hooters is discriminating because theyre only hiring women dude. its the way it is, so dont cry.

hey i didnt say i want in the comp i just want to session a rail, that's it. is that so much to ask? and if u didnt notice we have no snow in michigan and i cant make snow appear. therefore i cannot session a urban rail. quit making me feel worse too, i live in michigan there is no good skiing so dont tell me to deal with it!!

 
thats stupid its a snowboard comp it should be snowboarders. there are skier only comps every. WSI for example.

man... It's a snowboard only comp, so only snowboarers can enter the comp. ok that's clear.

That doesn't mean you can't ask THEM that you don't want to compete and just hit the rail. instead of repeting yourself over and over again, accomplishing nothing. Just ask em, they should be chill.

If they still don't let you, then just wait till there is an opening and bomb it.

^^ although the world ski and snowboard festival governs the WSI so i spose it's snowboarders and skiers. but still, there's skier-only comps everywhere.

plus u dont understand there are no ski only comps its all snowboarding only at my hill. they try to tell skiiers they are not allowed in the halfpipe with poles and that we screw up the lips. all u spoiled west coast skiers dont know what it is like in the midwest so shut the hell up.
