i don't see why not. this kid is going to be the next big thing. Seriosly, if he gets back to as good as he was already hes going to start taking over

UPDATE: I just got off the phone with him. today he had his first hard food meal. turns out his spleen is fine and nothing needs to happen to it. He said hes going to try and walk tomorrow, and if all goes well he'll be coming home to WA soon. This kids a beast!

I always hurts me deep when this shit happens to somebody I know, especially a kid I watched go from literally zero to hero in a matter of two seasons. Get well soo brutha, I'll see you on the hill next season.
 
thats really good news. andy didnt eat a real meal for like 4 or 5 days. let me know when hes back so we can pay him a visit. such a killer skiier and awesome guy. i will be DSPONG ducttape on my goggles this weekend. much love derek, youll be killin it in no time

the gap was true channel=100ft. to the knuckle. derek came up short by 4ft. the next day wilson hit it and went 190ft. derek should be fine and wilson continued to hit the jump.
 
no dude, during surgery is when there was a 90% chance he could become paralyzed. but he came out of surgery like a champ
 
D is prolly gon get released from the hospital this saturday or sunday, thats what the doc said. scary shit, keep the love coming for him
 
soo just got off the phone with him. he told me he ate 3 meals today, and walked around the building. this kid is making so much progress in the matter of like 3 days
 
oh yea i totally left out the best part in that last update woww...

NO long term side effects. hes suppose to take it easy for 4-6 months and then hes ok to do whatever.
