The massive REI. Awesome place to eat: The Buckhorn Exchange (it's super $$$$$$ - but damn good and awesome because T. Roosevelt ate there and it's historic and just cool with stuffed animals and birds and whatnot all over the walls)

There's Lohi of course, the giant REI is pretty awesome, really just walk down 16th or around Larimer square and you'll find plenty of places.

Yup. Anything in the Lohi and Lodo area food wise is awesome.

I ate in some fine dining Mexican place in Larimer square a while ago that was ridiculously good.
