Denver to the mountains

Hey so I just got into Denver (Lakewood). My friend I'm staying with has to work tomorrow (Wednesday) but I want to ride. I will throw in monies, beer and snacks if someone would give me a ride to the mountains, I will ride anywhere (1st time in CO so I'm not picky) just as long as I can get back to Lakewood at the end of the day.
