Demounting Skis

I have some chronics i am going to warranty so i need to take my binders off and i was just wondering if i can just take a screw driver and take them right off? or if i do this i will cause problems with the skis or the binders.

also i have no prior experience mounting or demounting skis and i am going to try my hand at this so i dont have to bother my local shop again just to demount my skis.

I would take them to a shop. But that's just me, I'm pretty paranoid about stuff like that.

yeah i was just wondering how risky it was, or if it was worth making two trips up to the shop by my house or i could just do it myself with a screwdriver

Agreed. Although binders can be taken off easily with just a regular screw driver. Just make sure not to strip the screws.

Its recomended, not needed, i just help mount GHSTRCN's JJ's using a straight up Phillips screwdriver, its helps to put your weight on it so it doesn't strip, but yeah, i helped mount GHSTRCN's JJ's, his Steezes, and My comi's. all performed perfectly!!! no pull outs, no moving around, nothing.

Let your shop do everything including sending the skis to Line, it'll save you time, money and hassle.

It is definitely possible, but if you don't want to void your warranty there is no reason for you to do it.
