did they have this last year and did anyone go??? i saw that fulltilt is one of the sponsors and i was wondering if anyone knew if you can really demo their boots???

i'd gander to contact bellevue sturtey's. they've put on the classic big ones at stevens and crystal.

i kinda doubt there'd be boot demos, but i could be wrong. to demo a boot, just go to a store and try it on?

Sturtevants was putting on the demos the last time I demo'd a paid two years ago. It was pretty sweet, I tested out a pair of Mojo 90's and loved them. Now I own a pair and couldn't be happier.

demo is scheduled for the 17th of December. ya its a Wednesday. skip class. its fun.

boot demos are dumb, if you want a good boot come in on Sunday. I will set you up. Full tilts may or may not work for you.

Full Tilts fit everyone due to the futuristic space bending technology they use. You should know that as a bootfitter. Remind me to not go to the shop you work at.

Yo Dudes,

This Demo did not take place last year, this is the first of it's kind. It will be a part of the annual NW Demo Tour. Instead of having sporadic demos thoughout the year we will be having 2 large scale demos, one in Dec and one in March to debut the 09/10 gear. Obviously the one on Dec 20th is pending we have snow and if not, it will be rescheduled.

This demo will be similar to the Mission Ridge industry spring demo if you're famliar with that. If not you should show up and find out. The demo will be FREE for everyone and you can sign up the day of. Heres a list of brands that have let us know they would like to participate;

  • Arbor Snowboards

  • Atomic Skis

  • Bataleon Snowboards / Celsius Snowboard Footwear

  • Black Diamond Equipment

  • Blizzard Skis

  • Burton Snowboards

  • Dynastar/Lange/Look/Roxy Alpine

  • Fischer

  • Head Skis

  • K2 Skis

  • K2 Snowboards

  • Lib-Tech, Gnu, and Roxy Snowboards, Bent Metal Bindings

  • Nordica

  • Ride Snowboards

  • Rossignol Skis

Hope this answers and ?'s and if not I'll try to come back and answer any that you have. Also stay tuned to ridestevenspass.com for updates..

ANNUAL DECEMBER DEMO DAYS

Stevens Pass - Wednesday, December 17, 2008

Register for the Sturtevant's Annual December Demo Day, ONLY at Stevens Pass this season.

This is the perfect opportunity to determine which ski and what size is the best for you. Registration is still open but space is limited and filling up fast. So register now and guarantee yourself a spot to try out the newest and best skis available this season.

The cost is $20.00 this year, payable at the demo check-in. If you buy

a pair of skis at the demo day, $20 will be subtracted from your

purchase. This is a tax-deductible donation, 100% of the proceeds

collected will be donated to charity.

There is a limit of 450 participants for this demo. Registration is accepted only online on a first come first serve basis.

oh and if you don't do this one because it costs $20, then you are just a greedyface who does not care about dissabled people or something like that. Santa won't like that.

Dudes,

The Sturtevants Demo on the 17th is different than the NW Demo Tour on the 20th. Both are still scheduled to happen, however looking out my window, it wil take a miracle this weekend for the Sturtevants demo to go down. For more info on the NW Demo Tour check out www.ridestevenspass.com. I'll keep everyone posted on opening and the event status.

Love,

-Nate-

So if the lifts aren't spinning, there is minimal snow, and Sturtevants isn't doing it because of these factors, we become greedyfaces?

I think there is a breakdown in your logic, sir.

THAT, sir, was very poor form. A blow below the belt. A dirty trick.

But hey, I take solace that you cannot use the contraction "you're" correctly.

Na, I did fine. over 1/2 half of the class did not. seriusly I know they grade on a curve. but if over 1/2 of the class has a failing grade going into the final, something is wrong.

and I was not paying for WWII history lessons from a guy with a PHD in Chem.
