im really thinking about geting this whip, just wanted to see what you guys thought about it

i cant see the picture but im assuming its the green one. its so sick. but i'd go with the demo 8 with the brown/blue frame. that bike would haul
 
haha i went to the specialized stall at one of the world cups 2 years ago and i was pestering them about the demo 8 they would get all shifty and tri and li change the subject of all you crazzy tri tell you that there was no such thing "awww i dont no what your toking about there no such thing you kids are nuts" did the same in the Honda tent with that crazy geer box bike thats insured for like $30 000, the demo looks awsome tho i love the demo range the demo 9 looks pretty monsters but that looks pretty sweet.
 
My friend tried one, and said he fell in love with it the moment he rode it. He has a stinky deluxe right now, but honestly if I didn't have to worry about money that would be my favorite bike ever.
 
No demos are "geared for racing" Their geometry and specs are geared for freeride. As a matter of fact, demos are known to be terrible race bikes because of their retartedly long downtube, which makes them handle like a bus. With that being said, they are great park/freeride bikes
 
are you kidding me? the demo series is way better then that, unfortunatly they also have a price tag that rivals some small countries yearly income
 
never mind i made up my mind. i dont have nearly enough money for this and it will take a long time to save. so i am buying this frame.

sorry, i think the new demo frame is the nastiest thing ever. next to the old giant freeride bike, its prolly the ugliest bike in the last few years.
 
sx trail is sick!

im looking to get a trek session 77 or an sx trail II around the end of the season. for now my norco sasquatch is doing the trick nicely

 
god the sx trail is sexy as fuck. Id say go with that over the trek. But then again Im a really big specialized fan
 
my friend has a demo 8 and the thing is amazing. he let me ride it a couple times and its just unbelievable for dh and freeride. thats a good choice and he hasnt had any problems with it other that a cheap bashguard that he bought the messed up his outer gear ring so he needed a new one of those recently
 
all plans have changed again. specialized is all out of SX trail frames. i tried to order a giant reign x frame and they were out of those too. that day, i got settlment money for a car accident i was in. so i ordered the last demo 7 frame they had. this is the frame. its on the way and im building it with the same parts. its kind of a love it or hate it frame.
