yes they have, but it doesnt change anything for the better, probably worse. Cause instead of taking your shit and charging you and sending you to court, which was a hassle for the cops, hence why it wasn't done very often, now all they do is write you a big fucking ticket and take your weed.

the ticket isn't that big, and if that was the reason cops don't bust you in b.c. it would remain with the new laws. Well I am not sure about how canadian tickets work, but I have a pretty strong knowledge of the u.s. court system, and you can protest, go to trial for any offensive in one way or another. And most of those kind of options would require the arresting officer to appear during the hearing if requested, so if you have been relying on cops lazyness to not get busted, you may continue.

youre an idiot reefsider, for one they schedule the court time when the cop has the day off, and if you make tehm reschedule it again theres a chance he might not show because he has to work but still thats a huge chance, i wouldnt rely on not getting busted by relyin on lazy cops. And try to condense or shorten your posts up you type soooooooooooo damn much to make such a short point.

dspin, you are retarded, the court date is whenever you say it is and the judge agrees, it has nothing to do with the cop, and he will come ONLY if he has the day off, because thousnads of tickets are written each day, and they are not going to give thousands of cops the day off, just to give some jerk off the chance to prove him wrong. And if the cities started to force pigs to go to things on their day off, then the unions would kill people.
