im not but personaly i cant stand seeing "thugs" in pictures like that. all their music is the same. they have no talent. there are rappers with talent. and young jeezy and juelz certainly arent any of them. sean paul is good crunk music (im not a fan of it though) and busta rhymes has his own steeze which i respect. but young jeezy is just another young buck with less popularity

he would do that because he made a name with the media and for moneys sake he has to back that up. and it comes to no suprise that he would have tons of people to back him. if he succeded with money in his life thats fine but its not a way i am perticulary fond of.

All these guys have a lot of money, but lack one thing-talent. I don't know why you listen to artists who don't say anything meaningful in their music. But hey, if they can make money, i guess it makes it fine for them to make bad music right?
 
you can't say someone sold out when they never had intentions of staying in the underground. all these rappers wanted to join the mainstream glitz and glamer. more power to them if that's what they want
 
finaly someone with my opinion. sure they can make money off their crappy ass music but it agrivates me that people with so little tallent can make so much money. it really defeats the whole purpose of money. money is supposed to be ritiously earned. meanwhile these people are all saying how you should steal and degrade humanity. and they all make so much money off their terrible music...but the reason for that is that there are unfortunately people out there who like their music. but the people who like that music are generaly the people who havent learned to respect all the other aspects and prospects of music. like ill admit, some classical music is good. country i cant really get into but ive heard some dece country songs. there is rap that i like but mostly for the beat. wu-tang is great ill say it now. their creative, and definately introduced that genre of rap. they deserve the green they made they earned it. im glad your not backing 50 cent though. that guy is complete garbage. shot 9 times??? where are the scars? you dont get shot and not get a scar from it. its such bullshit that man pisses me off more than gucci mane, young jeezy and juelz combined
 
they joined the mainstream because of the money involved. money and power IS afterall what most of their lyrics are based around and they just cant seem to get enough. their almost as bad as alexi yashin. god im so glad we kicked him off our team

Most of the people that listen to mainstream rap like it due to their beat and sounds of the voice. Many pop cultured people think that they like an artist, but in fact they like the producer. Mainstream rap is made from basic lyrics, a repetitive hook, and a catchy and pop oriented beat. People that dont really follow that much hip hop or music in general are more likely to listen to mainstream hip hop compared to underground because it sounds better to their ear.
 
im a hater of people who can make astronomical sums of money by wearing huge tshirts, wearing their jeans below their ass and wearings bling. young jeezy being the highlight. he just raps the same way as every other rapper out there, why should he get the limelight? if he did shoot me do you have any idea the contraversy that would cause? especially since he made a name of himself. hed be all over the newspapers and MTV as a cold blooded murderer and the whole story would get out of hand and get warped throughout time. your so linear minded you dont think of anything else but their exterior

i agree it certainly is. the only reason im wasting my time on this is to try to open a close-minded person to the world of music

i'm interested in seeing these guys in 30 years. will they have reunion tours when they're over the hump like some of the classic rock artists you see today?

and this sellout shit is bogus too. these rappers are from places you will never see or experience. having money and the bling and all that shit is what is really important for a lot of those kids because it was har to come by thats what we hear in their music. the majority of artists are telling what they know an lived. respect that shit
 
For the people saying that none of those guys have talent, I ALMOST agree with you.

Busta has been around a hell of a long time and cannot even be compared with those other guys. He is one the sickest rappers ever. Yes, quote me on that. The rest are just a bunch of ass clowns that are a part of a trend that is going to disappear before it has chance to be part of music history....well maybe the history of worst music ever.
