How do I delete my account

cause Im going to make an account but my friend used my email to make this one so I want to delete it

send mr bishop a threat letter...im sure he will ban you after that.

just make a new account with the same e-mail and different password. it might work, and you won't have to go to the trouble of getting banned. there's got to be an easier way than that.

also, can accounts be deleted? i always figured that's why there are so many usernames but not that many active ones.
