Delam

What company and how old are you skis?

It couldn't hurt to send the ski company an email no matter how old they are. I did this last year and they overnighted me a new pair. Mine that delammed were 3 years old.

Quicker to email the company than to post a thread.... :)

Use G-Flex epoxy and lots of clamps to get even pressure.

I used Loctite Heavy Duty Epoxy (high strength builders formula) & lots of clamps for an initial repair on a delam and it only held up for 11 days, then delamed again. The G-Flex epoxy can withstand flexing where other epoxys are more brittle. When my skis that were repaired with the Loctite Heavy Duty Epoxy delamed again after 11 days, I sanded the old epoxy out, cleaned with acetone, then I repaired it with G-Flex epoxy & lots of clamps. Since the repair I did with G-Flex I've riden ~30 days on the skis and the repair has held up so far.

Today I actually repaired my old Scratch BC WRS because the edge on one of the tails was starting to come out / and delam. I used G-Flex and they are currently clamped and drying - hopefully it works out well and holds up.
