Delam problems

on this years, everyone did, tell them you need another pair. Last years, fine. Next years supposedly there will be improvement.

but K2s are the ones that have had the delam reputation since the beginning of time. Despite the rivets in the PEs, mine delamed just below the last tip rivet.

just on the invaders... and just because they delam doesnt mean they suck... there one of the best skis out there.

i had sum PEs and they delamed but it was jus a topsheet so they didnt look as good but they still skied sweet...so as long as u dont care about a lil nic or nac here and there u wont have many problems

DElam is when your skis come apart you fucking .... HOLY SHIT shoudl i be harsh or not.. Im gonna hold back for the sake of NS

Tell me then, kind sir, why do they put rivets in? I'll give you a hint, its not for style. They put the rivets in to hold the skis together. They did this because K2 knows that they have a delam issue. A few years back my cousin went through 3 pairs of K2s in one season, all because they delaminated. Now don't get me wrong I love K2, the PE is a solid ski, perhaps the p-tex top sheet was a poor choice, but thats a different discussion all together. I'm just saying that K2 has delam problems.

ive had 2 pairs of chronics delam, but line has been awesome about the waranty. still a great ski tho.

my invaders delamed in a week. nothing bad though, I'll just glue them since it's just the top sheet. They are a pretty sick ski.

maybe I take that back about them being sick, I mean they ski well but they don't hold up worth crap. I also cracked my edges in mutiple places within the first week.
