delam on scratches

on my new scratches, greeen ones, i think there 04 or 03... there is delam or cracking of the topsheet on the nose and is about to fall off, im also constantly beating the shit out of the bases, should i send them back? or can i if i bought them unmounted?

Well I had last years Scratch FS and they fell apart the top sheet peelied. I sent them back and got creadit so... Send them back they have super good werrenty..
