What points on the body do you use to define an inverted trick? Is it feet over the head or hips above shoulders?

I'm asking, to get an idea of the criteria you expect would be fair in disqualifying a jump in a 'no invert' contest.

my intire crew waited for his ass at the bottem of the hill and beat the shit out of him. i broke his poles agianst a tree, and we snapped one of his skis. fucker got uppercutted so much. he was bleeding from his eyes and shit, crying like a little pussy. i busted out a body slam on his ass and broke both of his arms. the ski patroler broke up the fight and clipped all of our tickets. we where gonna beat the shit out of the patroller but my mom came to pick us up.

What I'm getting at is the possibility of having the hips equal or below your shoulders but the grab puts the feet higher than the head.

Think of a flatspin with a tucked up safety grab and you'll understand what I'm getting at.

 
It should be when you head is the lowest part of your body. you can do a mute in the pipe and tweek it so much that your legs are up at your head yet its obviously not even close to an invert.

that's the same with j-airs,a and most other grabs. You can invert almost anything with tweakage.
