Deep powder tree skiing. Do you like?

That was one of the best videos I have seen in so long. I have a huge mid-term today and have been super stressed, that honestly just healed everything. It brought shivers I was so excited watching it. The best feeling on eartch (next to sky diving) ... should be top rated, cant wait for this season! Bravo Ian

I read it and was making a joke. Also, this is Ian fucking Provo we are talking about here, he doesn't need to pimp his video. He was just sharing with us.

Such a great edit. Made me remember how stoked I am on winter. I love everything about it. I'm gonna miss skiing with my bro though, I'm out in CO and he's back east.

My Dearest Mr. Provo,

That edit was bananas, b-a-n-a-n-a-s. I feel that you deserve much more credit with in the industry than you seem to get, one of the reasons being that you put out so many ridiculously sick edits similar to this one. I must also thank you for bringing back some great memories. I was skiing on this same day, however at Park City, and it was just like that 4 minute edit, for 7 hours straight, all day long. Without a doubt it was my best day ever on skis. So thank you for doing such a good job of capturing it.

Forever Yours,

Brendan

that was simply amazing. i was at Brighton that same day and it was one of the best days i have ever had. it needs to snow NOW.

That was one of my favorite POV's ive ever seen, sick man, best turns of my life, at snowbird, shit out for like 8 seconds, I was scared but it was amazing

i can't help but feel that the objective of the video itself was not to showcase his ability or even insane tree skiing, but instead to display a really cool aspect of skiing in such a way that it either brings back memories of great tree skiing days for some people, or inspires others to seek this type of skiing out (instead of taking a park-oriented trip or whatever). if you look at the video in this light, i think you'll find his original post to be appropriate.
ian provo doesn't have to 'pimp' shit. he has plenty of huge pow segments in huge movies to do that for him.
quit being a dick dude. this video was cool.

Where I ski in the trees, there's ice and rocks. Occasionally, I'll have powder just past the top of my boot. I want to cry

It must be summer if we are fighting over the quality of Pow videos.

The video is just stoking the fire for the coming season. And believe me I'm need of some stoking cause it's nearly 90 degrees here in utah

went to canyons a couple years ago and its snowed like 3 feet it was soooo sick. cept i was on race skis...and my psp got stolen... but nonetheless it was still awesome

trees r fucking sick.... i hit them up on sugarloaf pow days all the time.. one of the funnest things in skiing.

dammit i want pow skis!! and my license so i can drive to the mountains on pow days... fuck being right around the corner of being able to drive

also - once you get the hang of avoiding the immediate trees - make sure you are always checking a few rows in front of you to pick where your next turn will be. this is particularly important when you get into really thick forests

My home mountain has some of the sickest tree skiing around (IMO) and i love it! Sometimes I long for more open terrain, but thats only a 15 minute drive away
