Decoration for basement

pic your favorite picture, like a ski picture/poster, go to a copying agency and get it enlarged to the exact size of one of your walls and use it as wallpaper. looks super dope
 
If its dark-ish, put like christmas lights or something, some cool skiing posters when you can get em, some couches and a tv would work good.
 
Ballpit. It makes any room better. I had a friend who ended up with a single (dorm) and bought a ballpit to put on the other bed in her room. It was the coolest thing ever.
 
Watch the bridge scene in apocalypse now, (its copied in the opening scene of Starcraft Brood War), that would be one trippy scene.
 
I'd like to know how people here decorated their basement or room or whatever... Tnx for the cool ideas but would be cool to get some more ideas
 
my basement doesn't have a finished ceiling so its just bare rafters but i've always wanted a black ceiling because it looks like it goes forever when you're drunk so im going to but alot of black fabric from a craft store and just staple it to the ceiling with white christmas lights strung through the rafters so it'll look like stars through the fabric
 
yeah get some posters and stuff. my basement has blacklights and rope lights, 3 couches, a tv, xbox, and computer. plus a dart board, fooseball table, and a stereo system. i like my basement a lot
 
^wow yeah thats sick. But u have pictures of the blacklight and carpet light? if not oculd u plz make pics sounds awesome man!
