For my 16th birthday in January my dad said he'd take me skiing just about anymountain in North America. I've never skiied powder and never skiied in the west/midwest/canada (except for Mt.Hood during the summer) so where should I go?

whistler is fucking awesome, i'd definitely go there if i were you. soooo much pow, it's great. or else alta/snowbird, that looks good, though i've never ridden there yet.

a friend of mine has been to aspen, whistler, mammoth, and park city, and out of all of them he likes park city the most, he loves the powder there.

While Whistler is sick, I would go to Alta/Snowbird. There is always a chance you are going to get rained on in Whistler and they do not often have the true light powder that you will find in Utah. Plus Alta gets over 450 inches a year vs 330 inches in Whistler.

I promoted my CVS and Stop and Shop card from the inside slits to the outside ones...my Blockbuster and gym ID got pissed off, but I told them, sorry guys, laminated plastics just can't cut it in the big leagues
 
don't go to park city cuz other than there park it's not that great, if your going to utah I'd go to Snowbasin over alta/snowbird just cuz they're is a lot less ppl, but both mtns were great when I was in Utah

im just wondering why you would even bother saying you havent skied the midwest. it shouldnt even classify as skiing because most places have like 500 feet of vert.

anyways if i was you i would definitally ski utah. take a couple days at pc adn the canyons then go to alta and snowbird a couple days

 
whistler is such a nice place. its fun and soo good skiing

I think one way the cops could make money would be to hold a murder weapons sale. Many people could really use used ice picks
 
NO ALSTA, WHISTLER GETS MUCH MORE SNOW AND THEY HAVE A PARK! iv skied alta, iv skied snowbird, and they are not all that great, whistler is better

^I am not sure what you are refering to b/c that comment about how Whistler gets 'much more snow' makes you lose credibility immediately. No one will argue that fact b/c there is no truth to that. Stats are stats man, I lived in Whistler for 2 seasons, great terrain, big mountain, they do not get the snow that Alta/Snowbird gets. If you want to pary (can't imagine that is too possible given the fact that he is going to turn 16) then yes, Whistler goes off. But for pure skiing, there is not comparison to Snowbird/Alta, and I live in Colorado.

idont know how things were when u were 15/16 but a lot of partys/shit still goes down. no but my dad will bether no blazinor anyofthat
