Decent mount in Bham?

the chalet is full of asshats (50 dollar mount?)
fairhaven bike n ski forgot a screw on my last mount
and innate only ever had the jig for PX series binders.
Mt. Pilchuck went out of business

Do I really have to drive to seattle for a decent mount?
 
PM me, there is only one person in the seattle/bham area that I trust mounting my skis and he lives in bham (at least I think he still does) and only charges 20 bucks and is legit.
 
ya know any of the major shops will do a fine job, even r.e.i. won't fuck up a mount.Just make sure you draw on the ski with a grease pencil or tape or sharpie where you want your midsole line and you will be fine. Its not like mounting skis is rocket science. Especially now that we will be able to get a wide turntable jig.

This is why you shouldn't have marketing people.

I wouldn't mind REI mounting - they have the resources for when they fuck up to buy me some new skis.

That said... I mount my own with the factory jigs.
 
the chalet is NOT full of asshats... just one, meaning its asshat. Noel is the one that comes up with the prices, not the poor bastards working in the shop (one of them being my dad and possibly me this winter vacation)
