Death sentence for selling weed

Thats not correct. You can get busted with 1 million pounds of heroin and a 14 year old hooker and you wont get death. Not in any western country.
 
Check the link, then search the code they give you (at the end of the crime) that'll reference you to a U.S. government site where you'll find that really, if you are a drug baron, you can get killed in america.
 
Im pretty sure that emery guy is marc emery, from b.c. he got in trouble because he had an online store and was selling seeds south of the border. So our government, because they have no spine, handed him over.
 
ive heard of this before, its the guy from weed tv. mark emery i think his name is. he had an online seed distribution site, that had a bunch of shit on it too. i didnt hear about the death penality,and i agree with the murder treason thing, but i do know that there are a bunch of people behind the "free mark emery" movement. probally all too high to do anything but wear tshirts and bitch about it, but ive heard of them.
 
yeah, actually marc emery was far from a cuban drug lord, paid taxes on all the seeds he sold, and wrote seed vendor on his tax returns. and almost all the money he made went to charity. He sold millions of dollars of weed, yet still lived in an apartment, and I'm pretty sure he didn't even own a car.
 
Sucks with the American Death Sentence. Luckly Canada doesn't have it, and weed's not to much a big deal.
 
If I had that much I would just keep it to myself, and if I needed money that bad I would sell and ounce or two and get 500 bucks
 
the death sentence for selling weed?! I dont care how much weed he sold that's bull shit. The death sentence is bullshit in any ocasion unless the convict would rather have it than life in prison
