Death in freeway?

a friend just called me and said someone died around 2:45 today, but didn't know much else.... hopefully it's not true but if it is just wonderin if anyone knew more details.

It says on that article that "there was an accident" but there are no details on how it happened. But still its pretty sad because its probably just the effect of one reckless skier/boarder.

A patroller friend of mine told me 4 people died a freeway during the 05-06 season. Breck keeps it under raps pretty well.

a while ago a mic-gavin was trying to go off the first jump and gap to the landing of the second jump. he started skating hard at the double chair and just straight line that shit. the poor bastard didnt make it though and consequently died because of it. rumour has it he was trying a screaming seamen too.

i just heard about this last night, the person wasn't wearing a helmet and tumbled into the trees on the side of the run. they died in the hospital of brain hemoragging.
