Death From Family Guy

I saw the episode of Family Guy where Death twists his ankle chasing Peter. His voice sounded very familiar. Then while listening to the Ski Show last night and I realized, Death sounds like Mike Rogge. Anyone agree? This is the only video I could find of the episode so it is shitty but you can tell the similarity. I couldn't find anything of Rogge talking but w/e.
