No. Trak Sports owned Karhu and Line, and K2 only bought Karhu and Line from Trak Sports. Karhu and Line will be under the k2 umbrella but will still have products that could potentially compete with k2 products.
 
k2 would love for them to be direct competition. more sales equals more profit...and k2 will just get fatter and fatter.
