Im sorry if i ever talked shit about you...you are an amazing skier....great athlete...you have developed our sport and you are so sick...i just wanna apologize if i ever said anything shitty about you, because i was worng, Tanner, you are one amazing skier...you are just mindblwoing...ur skiing is jsut so fluid..you are great...It really sucks you got hurt last year...I just watched Tbc..ur part was sick..u r unbeliveable....Evry1 may think im a bitch for writing this but i just need you to know that you are a truly amazing athlete and evry1 should be aware of that..Thank YOU for evrything you've done fro this sport...You are amazing.peace

I agree with the kid, T is my idol and I look up to him, as well as any other pro, they get paid for what I love to do
 
And this thread was not made to kiss his ass...just to show my appreciation...im not sucking his dick....just tryoing to get people to understand wat tanners skiing is all about
 
hes good, hes done a lot to get our sport recognized, but hes a dick, and although he does sick tricks, he looks like a dumbass when hes actually skiing, or when hes grinding rails.
 
O ya and Im DuffLogic22...i used to rag on tanner but now as i have found out more about him ive noticed hes really great....

Agreed, I wish I could ski park like he does, but that's where my jealously stops. If I had the personality or attitude he has, I would......well......I'd be very disappointed with myself.

that didnt help ANYONE to understand what tanners skiing as about seeing as you know nothing about tanners skiing other than how good it is.he IS a good skier but you dont have to ass kiss him for everyone to know that.what a stupid thread to make.

yeah, it is his style. i know people have their own opinions, but i will never admit that having your hands nearly dragging at all times when skiing is good style, or that when grinding a rail your hands should be below your feet is good style. i just think that, while his trick vocabulary and consitency is amazing, his style is not something that kids should be copying, for i think that it makes them ugly skiers.

but i guess thats just me.
 
I sure haven't, but from what I've seen in videos, I probably don't want to. I figure the image he puts out in magazines, movies, etc is what he wants the public to see as him, and if that's the case I really can't stand Tanner at all. He's an awesome park skier and I respect him for that, but his image is questionable.
 
why the fuck do all you guys diss tanner so much then go up to the hill and try to mimike his exact style, grabs and how baggy ur pants/ jacket are!!! tanner just needs to dail down a bit on the gangsta scale other then that hes a amazing skiier with a awsome style!!!
 
i dont know how people dis him for his skiing, that doesnt make sense and saying that you dont like him from "what you see in videos" doesnt make calling him an idiot legit
 
I think anybody who wants to be associated with that persona has some problems, but that's just my opinion.
 
t-hall is sick. hes the reason i started freestyle stuff kus i was watching the x-games slopestyle like 2 years ago and i so wanted to do it
 
nice letter, your forgetting to write it in gangsta rap with a smooth instrumental flowing in the background swearing and shit with c crew logo's and sick rhyme's, possibly complimenting philly blunt cigars and all the rest of his sponsors lots
 
his part in TBC was off the chain, it was an inspiration to us all and i will study it intently to try to snag a little bit of his style
 
thats why i wrote this...and i know what I wrote didnt explain his skiing...but i will now..Tanner has great style..although a little gangnster its still pretty smooth style...hes underrated on his bc skiing...hes a sick SKier not just a park rat...he can do cliffs and all sorts of ill shit...he knows a lot about skiing and u should respecet him for the fact he can really kill it in all aspects of the sport and hes just a freakin animal...most people disrespect him because of his personality but i dont judge...just casue he seems like a dick doesnt mean he is one...and he probably isnt...and it seems taht all pro skiers like him and are friends with him...so i guess that makes htem dicks too...but im not ass kissing tanner halll...tanner hall is a phenomenal athlete that should get MORE respect than he does and you shouldnt judge him cause he acts gnagster...cause he can do watevr he wants...hes not tellin us on NS that we r all dicks cause we write shit all day so think about it..Tanner Hall is an inspirastoion in EVERYTHOING HE DOes

Ignoring his image and recognizing him as a good person would be just as hard as ignoring your poor grammar and thinking that you're intelligent.
 
anytime nething that shows intelligence or admiring or showing respect to someone you get made fun of. thats fucked up i no i used to do it but i stopped.. were all skiers here if anything we should be banning together and making fun of skibladers or something.
