Does anyone use it? I'm trying to get it set up and havin some trouble selecting the right public hub, can anyone help me out?

yea i usually just use limewire but apparently if u can get it hooked up to your college's hub then u can download entire cd's in like 5 min

I have DC++ at my university and it's incredible. In a couple days I downloaded probably 30-40 movies and probably 30 TV episodes. There's a really complete library, TV shows download in about a minute and whole movies download in about 2-3 minutes.
What you should do is talk to some techy kids at your uni and ask them what hub to go on. I had mine set up for me so I don't know exactly how it works, but you just need to find a hub on your network.

did u have a hub that is specific for your campus? Where do you go to school?

I go to St. FX, we have a specific hub called the x-hub. Ask some of the techy kids if they know the school hub.

I used it for a period, if you aren't on a campus it is harder to use, I mean I got the occasional song or movie that I couldn't find elsewhere but like was said above, go to IT and find someone to help you out
