DC Handrails?

Gosh my dream is the hit handrails but i live in DC i need help

Lucky for you, i also live in DC and i know a couple hand rail you might be interested in...

First off, any of the DCPS elemntry school in NW have solid rail, but are challenging. the 7-11 on clara barton has a decent onbut youll alot of snow for the run up.
