Day after Thanksgiving Recipes

Alright, I know that today is Thanksgiving but what do you NSers make the day after Thanksgiving with your left over turkey. Just leave your favorite left over turkey recipe.

Mine, turkey quesadillas.

all you need is turkey, shredded cheese, and soft tortilla shells. cook it in a pan until it is golden brown on each side. and enjoy

come on NS, I want some tasty treats for tomorrow.

Turkey salads are awesome and quik. Either that or I make broth out of the bones and make turkey soup. You just through the turkey into the broth and whatever veggies you want.
