i remember you posting that, i was so hungry when you posted it! haha
here's my recipe for nachos:
1 bag o santitas chips
1 bag (1lb) of shredded mex blend
.5 lb of ground beef
lots (like a 1/4 of a jar) of chopped jalapenos
1. cook the beef with chili powder, or cajun, whatever i feel.
2. arrange the chips on a large pan for minimal overlapping/pan showing.
3. little bit o cheese, throw down some beef n jalaps
4. much more cheese.
5. repeat steps 2-4
6. cook at 425 until the cheese around the edges of the top layer starts to brown, takes like 3-4 minutes.
7. ???????
8. profit!!!
i usually use an aluminum pan because it cools off quick, but any cookie sheet will work fine.
