blew my knee

blew my shoulder

same shitty job

same expensive school I can't afford

more expensive rent than I can afford

BUT

I got a whistler pass

you could say its been a good year

Moved out of my parents house.

Switched my major into something I love.

Skied a lot.

Traveled around the east coast and went out west for a bit.

I lost my grampa.

Got a sponsor.

Partied hard.

Got a job in the ski industry.

Skied and hung out with a lot of new people thanks to NS.

I did a lot this year. It was fucking rad and I hope I can do the same next year (:

Full scholarship to a boarding high school (actually 3 competed to have me enroll)

Went to China

Built my first really nice mountain bike (Giant Reign w/ full XT, Pike/Monarch, custom wheels)

Skiing/biking in NH and not NJ this year

Found an amazing girl that I really really like (6 months)

Lost 40 lbs and have completely flipped my diet and become really healthy

Grew my hair out into an actual style instead of just a mop

Started dressing nicely/acquired a style

Learned how to build/built a ton of ropes course stuff at camp. I am a camper. Shits lit

Got noticed at summer camp for photography, now I have a job and complete freedom (director turns a blind eye to me lol) as long as I deliver good pics

Learned how to play hockey

Learning how to drive

yay

I read the second part of your post first and assumed you were about 26.

Les be real here. You aren't broke. You (2) live and a house and (2) ski which makes you automatically non-broke.

Fuck now im gonna play that on n64

1. Had a gf, then broke up

2. Hardly passed 11th grade

3. Got drunk for the first time

4. Yeah

I'm a little late but I

Became a lot more talkative, and I'm no longer the really quiet kid

Partied hard

But still did well in school

Got a lot better with talking to girls

Skiied a lot

Dropped friends that needed to be dropped

Made dumb mistakes

Highlights for sure are:

- Skiing the deepest pow in my life at snowbird last December. Had some days this year already that rival with it but that day will for ever be burned in my mind. Just best amount of everything. Deep pow, good friends, awesome vibes, basically the shit you live for.

- Camping in canyon lands/moab over the summer/fall. Tripped on shrooms for the first time, had a god damn blast, god super de duper drunk and saw some of the most amazing natural features/craziest shit ever.

- landing an internship with tons of killer ski benefits.

- getting decent grades in school. Almost failed in the spring due to skipping so much but it all worked itself out.

lowlights include:

- Grandpa dying

- some of my dads best friends from home dying

- screwing my ankle up

- not having a girlfriend

been a fun year though, especially as of recently with amazing skiing. Ready 4 sum mo.

Yes i live in a home with my parents but i paid for everything that has to do with skiing (Skis, bindings, boots, gloves, poles, pass, and bus pass) by working and doing yard work for people over the summer and now that the season started i'm fresh out of my cash flow. The only thing I didnt buy is the shell my dad gave me bc he doesnt wear it and the new ski pants my parents bought me. Im just hoping that they give me the car once i get my licence so i dont have to buy one haha
