There is a very small school of about 3000 people walking distance from my house. It is known for its academics as it prides itself in rejecting people who got accepted into ivy league schools like harvard. But now the basketball team is in the sweet 16. They are on a 24 game winning streak and are about to play 3 seeded wisconsin. Has any one seen this mid major team yet? They have a player that scored 70 points in the first 2 games. I have never really cared for them but I would like to see them go far and be this years cindarella story.
 
ha cha. i picked them to win over davidson, but obviously i didnt in the ns pool. anyways they are gonna looz to wisconsin
 
i know. i really like them this year but wisconsin has been and always will be my team so i have to root against them. and if wisconsin wins it will suck cause thell probly play kansas, who i took all the way. i dont know who to cheer for cause i can win big if kansas wins!
 
my zags played Davidson in the first round and stephen curry just took the game over in the second half... too bad the zags lost... this stephen curry guys legit though, wisconsins not gonna be able to contain him and he'll shoot right over them... Davidson on to the elite eight with the possibility of becoming this years George Mason
 
i have bet davidson the whole way mde clse to 600 off them so far. they are a battle hardened team. prob had one of the toughest non con schedules. i think thell take over wisconsin. wisconsin just bores their opponents to death i dont think they will be able to control game flow with davidson. i am taking davidson and the over. davidson +5 over 126.5
 
Davidson has shooters and thats it...they dont have an inside presence like wisconsin does...every cinderella team has to come to an end sometime and it stops vs Wisco..wisconsin isnt a flashy team but the know how to get it done and when we put michael flowers on him he will slow Curry down, not stop him but slow him down... ^Wisconsin has the #1 defense when it comes to points allowed so i wouldnt take the overs in that one...my prediction is Wisconsin 64 Davidson 51
 
Davidson takes down Wisconsin today... The wildcats didnt just squeak by the Badgers they throttled them by 19 points...curry was just unreal... these cats are for real
 
Wow I am in disbelief of last night. I really want to see them beat Kansas but it is unlikely. They are definitely one of the biggest stories this year. Apparently there are reporters all over the place by the campus.
 
they should've let curry shoot that. i don't care if he had all 5 people on him, it would've dropped.
 
seriously....you cant play defense on the guy, his release is so quick he can shoot through any tiny opening
 
yeah, he should have shot that. he's gotta know he's the best chance they had in the situation. He also missed 2 3's that would have put them within 1. Still a wicked close game, Curry is insane. I wish they had won tho
 
It sucks they lost but that was a damn good game and they had a great run. Tickets are gonna be harder to get next year. My state has some sick mid major teams. Or at least davidson and appalachian state.
 
as good as curry is, they were only down by 2 so there was no need to try to force a three to win the game....when he had like 4 guys on him, he should have just passed it down low
 
im pretty sure i could have drawn up a better play for the last shot, at least to get something going toward the basket. then you can at least have the chance of getting fouled. i would also have rather had curry take the last shot but it didnt work out. anyways, davidson had a great tourney run and showed the difference that a mid major can make
