Yeah, so a friend of mine and I are gonna go see David Gilmour in concert at Universal City on 4/20...we're gonna camp in Malibu for a few days beforehand. It's gonna be so sick, and I just thought I ought to let you guys know.
 
Yeah, it's his On An Island tour, and his new album is On An Island...he'll be playing plenty of old stuff as well though. It is gonna be so siiiick.
 
how can he have a new album, mother fucker looks like death 10 days passed, thats fuckin sick tho, gilmour is a god

definitely hasn't aged well, but he's as good as ever.
 
The show was amazing beyond belief...he played his whole new album and a ton of classic shit...man, I'm still trying to recover from the sheer greatness of it.
 
that sounds like one of the best concerts you could go to nowadays. i really wish i could have gone
 
On an Island is amazing, as is David Gilmour in general, I can imagine the concert was wonderful.
 
the concert was amazing! I also got to watch him perform 2 songs on the Tonight Show before the concert. Probably will be one of the best shows I have ever seen.
 
Yeah, the North American portion of his tour is done...April 20 was his last night. Crosby and Nash were there too, and they even sang Find the Cost of Freedom during the encore.
