id like to take back most of what i said almost 2 years ago in the rest of this thread. clearly, my taste in music has changed considering the amount of dmb i listen to now, especially live recordings. they just make really great sounding music, with the different interweaving solos drawing from jazz and rock and world beat etc. combine that with the vibe of a live show and its amazing.

its pretty sad to hear all the ridiculous solos from leroi in that livetrax 2008 compilation they gave away. every piece of the band came together so well. its a higher level of musical thinking than i appreciated when i wrote that other shit.
 
i really do HATE dave matthews, but that post was so well constructed i cant even argue with you. and im not even being sarcastic.
