Can someone pleeease find and post this segment? I've looked and can't find it. I haven't seen it in ages. It's absurd how far ahead of it's time that segment was. Anyone???

i rhyme about hip hop because i live it, i'm not a gangster a crook neither a villain, i never been shot but block niggas keep grillin, i pack no weapon, y'all ain't worth killin'. never sold no drugs but got niggas who did, a knife in the ribs, music's how i'm speakin to kids i wanna LIVE what the fuck son, you think that's wrong? just because i don't speak about death in my songs? i'm not the criminal type but obliterate mics niggas skills seem so minimal when they write. don't complain and criticize every one of my tracks, if you don't like it, don't buy it, it's as simple as that. realize that we did it ourselves, took our own money put our shit on the shelves, and now we global nigga catch me on live with my man opal, artists rap all alike that's why they stay local. i'm universal like the label, i'm everywhere like i'm NATO, so we make dope acts prepaid under the table, we makin money y'all but this ain't got to do wit wealth, i've always wanted some cash and a place to myself so WHAT

just speak that out loud to yourself and imagine switch 3 reverse mute, switch rodeo 7 japan, zero spin, switch 1080, ridiculous rails, alley-oop flat criticals, and a stomped 4-kink followed by mike nick beeping a horn and looking creepy.

you're all set.

DAVE CRICHTON IS THE MAN. IT SUCKS THAT HIS HEALTH FUCKED HIM OVER. HE WAS THE BEST RIDER DNA EVER HAD. IF YOU READ THIS DAVE, YOUR STILL THE SHIT.
DAVE STILL HOLDS THE HIGHEST SCORE IN SUPERPIPE CHAMPIONSHIP HISTORY, AND I HAD THE HONOR OF BEING WITH HIM THAT DAY.
IT WAS SO SICK TO WATCH HIM AND TANNER BATTLE IT OUT. THEY BOTH HAD GREAT RESPECT FOR EACH OTHER, AND IT WAS AMAZING TO WATCH THEM BATTLE IT OUT WHEN BOTH WERE IN THEIR PRIME.
HOLLA

??

no more comp skiing? tanner is an amazing skier.. but i dont think he will be pushing himself very hard anymore...

injuries like the ones he's had will slow you down no matter who you are.

not to say that he wont be filming some ill shit in the next few years, i just think that his years of competing are over.

It's my number one favorite segment on the planet. That segment is what made me want to ski my ass off forever.

That is my second favorite segment ever, just loosing to Boyd Easley (sp) in 1242.
DC was like my Idol when I was 12. I had posters of him Bushfield and JP all over my room

just read an article on him in freeze while taking a dump a few days ago just to reminisce.he had the sickest style, body all torque out and shit in the air.hes still my favorite skier to date

DC is still bomb. he's so intellectual, has a great head on his shoulders, and loves snowboarding now. he's headin to law school and generally kills it at everything he ever does. not to mention he's got incredibly strong morals. i still watch his shanghai and forward seggies often.

There was an article on the Level 1 site, or interview for that matter explaining how he is in law school. So good for him.

was definitely my favorite skier before he stopped being in the movies. shanghai six part is so sad when h e couldnt hit jumps, except that one backy

One of the best segments of all time...I'm still convinced Pep in 1242 is the best. I feel like you just dont see huge banger segments like those two nowadays.

he was my favorite skier and still would be if he was still in it.

dont forget his x=10 segment either, that was good too.

and his pro model ski was badass, the troublemaker with a stiffer tail for pipe skiing.

i think thats because now we know what tricks people are doing during the season instead of finding out when the movies come out and being all astonished. like everyone already knows that tim kangarood pyramid, that henrik switch 16d, and russ did doubles with double grabs, but if we didnt know any of that and we saw a video part with any of those tricks we would find it just as groundbreaking. just my two cents

David is doing well. Into lots of surfing, and still skiing (for fun). Here are some surf vids FYI...

Ottawa River surfing -- go to 3:58 for DC...

Australia...

People that share the same last name as the man who owns Descente US, and people who are paid by the company to support it don't count. Duh.
