I had it all set up in chrome and deleted my data and spent a couple hours figuring out so while its fresh in my head I thought I'd post some instructions so I can refer back to if I mess up again and if someone else needs to use thus.

Tap the three dots in upper right corner in chrome

Go to settings and go to themes and tap dark mode

Then in Google search type in chrome://flags/

Then find enable dark mode and enable it and a window will pop up on the lower right corner and tap it and now this and other sites will be dark.
