Dark blue wtf

i cant read anything its all really dark blue on the edges. is this temporary? all the names are blue too besides mods and girls.
 
but i cant upload it. crap. well basiclly the darker color blue that NS typically is has been replaced by this weird royal blue which makes the names impossible to read. like where it says "the site, interact..." all that, and the sponsors, the background of the logos is the same old color, but everything else is this royal blue...
