Red Bull is a functional energy drink that vitalises body and mind - it is meant for times of need. Its not about taste or quenching your thirst

You should have no more than 5 Red Bulls in a 24 hour period and that is because of the caffenine content (80mg). Just for comparision one can of Red Bull has less caffenine than the average cup of coffee - you wouldnt have 13 coffees in 4 hours would you?
