I went riding the other day and the mountain was swarming with skiers. It was the only time that skiers have ever outnumbered snowboarders. It was crazy.

Yeah, most younger kids are starting skiing now.

maybe whereyou guys live but here the 'snowboarding minority' is still the majority and growing.

yeah i was surprised at the amount of skiers at the place i was at yestrerday. the snowboarders still outnumbered us about 10-1 but still i didt know there was eve ntaht many skiers.

yeah, im pretty stoked to see how many people picked up skiing for this season.. My mountain is pretty much all snowboarders, so it should be interesting to see what happens as more people start skiing this season

lucky for me my local hill produced an amazing amount of badass skiers like 1 year b4 they let boarding in so skiing got huge right b4 the boarders came so skiing over populates my area massivly

couldnt care less how many do each, i only care how many suck and are disasters waiting to happen... disasters like running into me and such... or sitting on jump landings. stupid people suck.

i think the 'newschool' skiing population is growing but not for normal skiers where i live anyway, smowboarding still the cool thing to do aparently

yeah i just got back from okemo, and there was alot of skiers.. i mean there was still alot of boarders, but i wass happy to see the turnout

i think there are more snowboarders here. i Couldnt care less about that though. i guess its even good there are more snowboarders beause it keeps posers snowboarding and not skiing so our sport is more pure. however true snowboarders are sick
