If you haven't heard, the students in Quebec are protesting to get back their 103million$ from the loans and burseries programs.

Yesterday,the student from the college beside us went on strike. At 12 the students invaded our school, drew on the walls with chalk and graffitied on our school because we decided not to protest. They were calling us egoists and idiots because we didn't want to riot.

The protests are getting out of hand, semesters will be lost, 24 people arrested for vandalism, public disorder and ect...

The worst thing about this is that nether side will give up.

Its not my problem really, we are not protesting.BUT THEY INVADED OUR SCHOOL!!!

I live in MTL and it really is getting out of hand. These students don'tr realize higher education is a privellage not a right. I worked my way through school and made it through just fine. The worst part is half these student protestors, aren't actually students. The student militant group "Casser" is the one causing all the shit and they are doing it just to protest and cause problems. In addition, when the education minister threatened to fail the protesting students cause they hadn't atteneded enough classes they got all pissed off, and cause more shit. If your going to protest and skip class you should be willing to pay for your actions. These students want everything handed to them.

I havn't been to a single financial accounting class this year and have a B+, but no one is saying I am goign to get an F. University isn't about goign to certain amount of classes. As long as you get the work done.

Its true,but the teacher has the right to fail someone is they don't attend more than 10% of their courses.

The minimal amount of days spend in school(CEGEP in Quebec) is 82 days.If the amount of days in not complete,the semester in considered as canceled.But you still have to pay tunition anyway.

Responsability,what's that?
