yesterday i'm cruzzing down the road on my gas scooter, a cop pulls me over says, "nope you can't drive here, i'llegal in all of ma" i tell the guy, i have my permit just not my lisence yet and i need a way to work everyday, "cop says doesn't matter needs lisence" so i get a call today from the p.d saying, i'm sorry but the cop was wrong you can drive the scooter whenever, whereever you want. what a dumbass
