Damian Marley doesn't try to be reggae. It's somewhere between reggae and rap. And I'll agree Halway Tree is better.

i just saw him at the vegoose festival in vegas and i was not a fan before but his live show is quality. Chali 2 NA from J5 come up and spit a few bars, very entertaining...

yah its a real good i have it. Its sweet how he has such variety in all his songs. You can get raggae, hip-hop, rock, or whatever. And they all sound pretty good.
