Dalbello

there a bit heavy, kinda narrow. high cuff, uh, i dont remember i havent ridden them since i got the raichles
 
whoa everyone. don't start saying things like wide, narrow, light heavy. the different boots have completely different aspects to them. just like any other company they have low to high end product. so giving a generalization about the boots is impossible. they're made in italy (known for their shoes) but that really makes no difference. give us a certain boot and we might be able to help you out with some specifics
 
depends which model. The one cool thing about dalbello is that the shells and liners are made in the same factory, which allows for an exact fit. Product quality I'd take a dalbello over a lange,head, atomic any day
 
Actually, you can kinda do this with ski boot's. Different companies have shifted the fit of their boots to fit different niches in the market, since making a whole line of boots with different fit for various feet would be entirely expensive and not cost-effective. In general, Sollies are for wider feet, Dalbello for narrow. I forget how Lange and Technica's fit, but I think they're somewhere between the two on the spectrum.
 
thats right to an extent such as lange being known for shitty buckles and a narrow heel. but the spectrum of boots are different. people always come up to me saying they have a wide foot so they think they can't fit into technica when in fact they have a line called modo specifically for wide feet. we need more input on the thread creator for what he wants. i can say that i've dealt with a lot of lower end dalbellos breaking and falling apart quickly but the mid to high end are very solid boots. i love my kryptons and i've tried on at least 20 styles of boots
 
if you're talking about the kryptons, they have the heel pivot really far down which makes the flex super smooth. they did feel a bit heavier than i would like but its not so bad as to call it a downside. i might pick up a pair of il moros next year. they look lighter, and from what i've heard, the flex is heavenly, no to mention the id liner. im just worried they will be really expensive.
 
it's hard to speculate the cost of the Il Moro's but my guess would be near the rampage, maybe a bit more. Nothing near the cost of the krypton pros.
 
i've got krypton pros. they're phenominal. but you should just go try a bunch of different boots. everyone has a different foot and flexes a boot differently.
 
i'm almost positive they are gonna retail at $500. thats what i remember from lookin on the cost sheet when we ordered them
 
so like how low is the lowest someone could find them? like $400. because $400 is the most i can spend. hmmm. thats more than full tilts. ooohh dalbello... you little devil.
 
retail's gonna be 500 so i doubt you'll be able to get them any lower till mid to end of the season. know anyone who works in a store? thats the best way to go. i got my rampages for $165 last year and i'll get the il moros for about 200 or so
