im thinking about getting them, considering i was on the lange freeride 120's last year and they are a tad stiff plus the rampages are 85-110 flex instead of the lange's 120 and im only 151lbs @ 6'0

i called my rep and he can get me the 08/09 models in like 2 weeks yet i have no idea what they look like until i get them ( someone have an idea? picture?)

i can get the new rampages (white/chocolate) for like $280 brandnew but i need some input like pro's and con's for the boot. thanks.

my setup:

volkl walls

rossi scratch 120's or marker jesters (
not sure yet, most likely rossi)

thank you.

god dam search bar like 10 rampage threadsin teh past week butttt

sick boot i love them i use them for about 50 park 50 all mtn and dont have any problems unless on really steep stuff out west gets a tad squirly but i got a booster strap and it helps a lot

your getting em for 28- through the rep? seems steep to me, i got mine for 150. but yeah they will be nice, they are soft and narrow fitting, more so than your langes.

comparing flex ratings across different brands is useless, as they are totally unrelated

go see a bootfitter to find out if the boot is right for your foot-type

i'm pretty sure dalbello kept a similar colour scheme with the rampage for next year, so it shouldn't look too much different (that is, if you are concerned with what your boots look like)

When you say you called your rep, i'm assuming you work in a ski shop? - in which case, don't you know all this??,

Second to that, why not just ask the dalbello rep all these questions - i'm sure he could help with providing information on dalbello, at least better than most people on NS..

Not trying to come across negatively, but not many people here will know much about the 08/09 rampage and what they have changed with the boot, so i'd be speaking about it to the rep

As long as the rampage fits you it is an awesome boot. I skied it last year and it is super comfortable and flexie. I would however recommend if at all possible to just get the il mora or the pro, the ID liner really makes a HUGE difference.

yeah man i got the il moros and the heat molded id liner is the most comfortable thing ever its awesome.. i def. reccomend them

nononono my rep said that if they have the 07/08 out of stock in my size (27.5 if anyone is selling) then he can get my the 08/09s instead. =]

i can get the 07/08s for about $280 but thats only if i can get at least $100 for my barely used freeride 120's by lange.
